Pool Reservations

WHITE PINES POOL OPENING REGULATIONS

To be in compliance with government mandates and in compliance with the Director of Warren County Health Dept. the following will occur in-order to open the Community Pool on Monday, JUNE 1st

Some of the furniture will be removed and there will be taped plot markers to ensure proper social distancing. One family is allowed per plotted area. Please abide by social distancing rules in ALL areas of the pool and deck whenever possible.

Every two hours, we have a sanitation team coming in to sanitize all touch points in restrooms, doorknobs, etc. Please give them space when they are in the pool area.

In addition to professional cleaning services, you MUST also bring your own sanitizing products and help do your part to wipe down chairs and tables before and after use. If you do not have the items to sanitize your area after use, please refrain from coming to the pool.

We have established a maximum capacity of 40 people during this time. In order to help monitor this, we are asking residents to make reservations. Please go to  www.whitepinesloveland.com and click on the box that says Pool Reservations. You can sign up for your time slot(s) here and enter the number in your party. Walk up spots will be available too but only if we have not reached our capacity.

Please be respectful of your neighbors during this time. If you arrive at the pool and all plots are being used, please come back later. Be mindful of the length of time you have been at the pool. If the pool is filling up and you’ve been there for a while, please exit to make room for your neighbors.

We trust that everyone will work together and be responsible to help keep the area clean and safe so we can enjoy the pool all summer. With that being said, if the rules are noticeably not being followed the board will be forced to close the pool. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation. This will be a new process for everyone so we will have to remember to extend grace as we navigate these difficult times.

Remember, STAY AT HOME IF YOU ARE SICK OR SHOW ANY COVID-19 SYMPTONS and please obey the COVID-19 signs at the pool.
